I've been a long time customer at Golden Valley CarX, and I will never go anywhere else. James, Roger, and the rest of the staff are friendly, professional, and honest. They have bent over backwards more than once to help me out of a jam with my car, staying late to finish up, and even making little fixes for me as a favor. I trust them and their advice with all things car - they are interested in building that good relationship to have a customer for life, not to just make a buck on anyone they can. I highly recommend them, they never disappoint!

I can't say enough about how wonderful the team (the manager James, Roger, Morgan, Doug, and I think there's one other guy) is. They will go out of your way to make sure you're taken care of--even if it means getting you in last minute or staying a little later to get you out back on the road. James is a stand-up guy...our first introduction to him was due to a oil change coupon my wife and I received in the mail. The oil change was done well, but what really stood out was James' kindness. He came across us waiting for our bus (which was about an hour's wait) and drove us home, even though it was a different direction from his own route home. That experience made us loyal customers. Several other experiences have demonstrated to us that this shop is fair with pricing and not looking to up-sell you repairs you don't need. I highly recommend working with James and his team if you want to have peace of mind regarding your car, and if you want to be treated like a person rather than a number.
James the manager at the Golden Valley Car-X and his team are great! Always friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and your vehicle is taken care of. I have an older Jeep and it needed some overdue routine maintenance a few months ago and they helped me out. More recently my brakes needed some serious attention and James, Roger and the crew were very helpful. They got my Jeep stopping fast and smooth in no time. Their prices are reasonable and fair and I've never felt like I'm being overcharged. Even if it's just something basic like an oil change or something more involved they'll make sure it's done right!
