Never had an Issue. Ordered thousands of dollars of reef equipment for years and they messed up an order once (forgot like an open box kessil controller). Gave me Credit immediately. So I just reordered it. Black Friday deals were amazing vertex omega skimmer was about $200 dollars off.
A couple of bad reviews on here, but I can tell you I have bought from BRS quite a few times now and I have always got everything I ordered and never had any problems what so ever. They ship out VERY QUICKLY and always send tracking info for every single package! Bulk Reef has just about everything you'd need for reefing.
Unacceptable. I called them and they weren't even aware that my shipment had not shipped. Moreover, instead of 'fixing it' they said, "we'll send it again and you'll get it in the next few days. Seriously? I'd rather take my business somewhere else. I'm sure competitors will be happy to take a $150+ order and get it correct.
Absolutely bizarre experience and I only wish I had seen these other reviews before placing an order. I researched a powerhead and found it available from this supplier and placed an order. Nothing happened other than I now receive daily SPAM from this company. So I called to find out the status on delivery after waiting a couple weeks. I was told a credit had been issued because I never contacted them?!? What a strange place and I did contact them with a credit card and an order which they charged on my credit card so it did go through. Just a heads up to folks out there, I am not out of any money but lost two weeks time. I have stress in my tank and need a new powerhead. So my animals are not fans of Bulk Reef Supply. I found it available elsewhere for the same price as these folks did not even express interest in resolving the situation when I called. So I ran!
Good place, I would give 4.5 stars if I could. They have grown large which has impacted overall buying experience. But overall, they carry good products at a fair price. Just remember to support your local store as well and not only buy online. Many stores carry BRS product.
