I would bring my car here for service all the time, and every experience was positive! Nice, fair, helpful and friendly service department. They were always knowledgeable and provided details of the overall bill and service.

Friendly and welcoming dealership! I needed Peter's help in the service department. He stuck with me until all of my questions were answered. Even though I was not purchasing a vehicle this time, I was still treated with above and beyond service---with a smile! I will continue to use Jim Lupient to service my INFINITI. Not impressed at all. I have a right to share my experience with others. I had contacted this dealership last Thursday about purchasing a vehicle they had on their lot. I spoke with Randy who was kind and knowledgeable. I set up an appointment for the next day, Friday. He informed me to ask for Tony when I arrived because he was off on Friday. Randy also informed me they would honor the price that was listed as he told me they were raising the price. Friday before I left to come and purchase the vehicle I confirmed my appointment with the receptionist and she confirmed she knew my name, appointment and what vehicle I was coming to purchase was all set. I then drove 2 hours with weather and traffic to the dealership only to be rudely met by Tony who acted like he had no clue about my appointment with him nor anything about the vehicle I came to purchase. Then when he looked up the vehicle, he told me he had SOLD the vehicle the PRIOR night!!!!! He was SO rude throughing his hands up in the air and saying "What do you want me to do about it?!" I was so offended and shocked how I was treated coming to buy a $55,000.00 vehicle. I then went to the receptionist whom I spoke with in the morning before I left and asked her why she didn't tell me that the car had been sold!??? She had to put down her phone and swallow her snack she was eating at the front desk to tell me she didn't know. Well then why didn't you check when I asked? She just stared at me blankly!!!! Then I had to drive the 2 hours home. What a waste of added mileage to my trade in and gas money! I spoke with Nathan the general manager and asked for some compensation and he had the nerve to underestimate the amount of money in gas I spent.. I recalculated it to be between $26-$28 and he came up with $19.89 cents to which he said he would cut me a check for that exact amount. He said he would call me back which he has not, nor have I seen the check he was going to send. What a joke! Then on top of it, he was upset that I had voiced my opinion about this experience in a video and had the nerve to say I was "slandering" Excuse me, but I have SEVERAL witnesses that can verify everything that I have said. I am SO over this dealership and how rude they treat their customers! They have SEVERAL other BAD reviews and it was definitely something I should have looked at prior to considering them.
