Unfortunately, I realized this month that I needed to buy an SUV, and would have to trade in my Lexus. Brett patiently worked with me for 3 days, as I tried to decide which vehicle to buy. He is an excellent listener, and not at all like a "typical" car salesman.
I just moved to MN and was looking to trade in my Audi SUV for a larger SUV. I visited MANY dealerships around the area. I did not feel comfortable nor completely trust any other dealership I visited. I felt very confident with Poquet and was so happy with the professionalism and competence of the staff. I worked with Colin and Shaun and could not have been happier. The front office staff were great too. They gave me top dollar for my Audi trade and the Jeep I bought was exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy with. Their inventory is top notch and I trust them to take care of my Jeep even after the sale. Excellent, truly the only place one should look to purchase a car. Great selection of almost new, low mileage vehicles. A truly painless and stress-free process from start to finish. Get to test drive as many cars as you like, by yourself none the less. The trade-in process is done while you test drive and the offer is exceptional. Honestly all other care dealerships should be like this. A real gem, only place I will be purchasing a car from now on!
